We started Grounded Therapy with the hope to demystify and help promote mental-health and wellness. As our community continues to grow, we wanted to define a space where we could share thoughts, articles, and other helpful information with the goal to engage in a more well-rounded approach to mental health. We are focused on anti-oppressive and person-centered values. Our mission is to encourage connection and healing by offering a safe-space for life-changing conversations. In a time where a sense of community seems distant, our virtual groups and individual therapy provide a space to connect with one another and our hope with this blog is to reach more people and facilitate connection.
