WORK WITH GROUNDED
Join Our Team
At Grounded Therapy, we believe therapy works best when clinicians feel supported, valued, and connected to the work they’re doing. We’re a growing group of therapists offering in-person and virtual individual, couples, and group therapy and we’re looking to expand our team with clinicians who share our commitment to thoughtful, inclusive care. Our work focuses on helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, sexuality and gender identity, sexual challenges, and life transitions, including fertility and pre-and postpartum struggles . We are grounded in anti-oppressive, person-centered values and are deeply committed to making therapy more accessible to the people who need it most.

We’re looking for an exceptional clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) who brings strong clinical skills along with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to equity and social justice. The right person is collaborative, grounded in their clinical work, and values ongoing learning and supervision. They’re organized, comfortable with basic technology, and interested in being part of a supportive team environment. Post-graduate training is strongly preferred. We encourage applications from clinicians who are queer, trans, non-binary, Black, Indigenous, people of color, disabled, parents, system-impacted, immigrants, and others who have lived experience of systemic oppression.
