We’re Grounded Therapy, a group practice in New York City built on the belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, affirming mental health care. 

Our therapists specialize in trauma, relationships, body image, sex and intimacy, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. 

Whether you’re looking for individual therapy, couples counseling, family sessions, or a support group, we’re here, and we’re ready to meet you where you are. 

Our therapists hold LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC-LP and LMFT credentials. Many are in-network with Aetna and UMR Top Tier.
