Hi, I’m Hailey Hansen

Therapist

I create a trauma-informed, queer-affirming space where safety, understanding, consistency, and agency are central. I work with individuals and couples navigating relational challenges, identity, sexuality, intimacy, and trauma. Many clients feel disconnected from their bodies, relationships, or sense of self. I support partners in moving out of reactive cycles, improving communication, and building secure, connected relationships. I specialize in trauma and sex therapy, with particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, working through sexual and gender-based trauma, abuse, coercive control, and familial trauma.

Together, we explore how trauma and cultural or relational messages around sex and intimacy shape patterns, beliefs, and connection. I support clients in rebuilding trust in themselves, reclaiming agency over their bodies and desires, and moving toward more authentic, fulfilling intimate lives.

I incorporate parts work to help clients understand different aspects of themselves—especially those shaped by past experiences—and how they show up in the present. My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic, relational, and non-pathologizing framework, with attention to conscious and unconscious processes, deepening awareness for greater choice and clarity.
